These Terms govern your access to and use of conceptrum.ca and purchases made through our site or showroom. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility & Account
You must be the age of majority in your province/territory to purchase. You’re responsible for maintaining your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3) Products & Pricing
We aim to display colours, finishes, dimensions, and pricing accurately; slight variations may occur. Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice. We may correct errors or cancel orders that arise from errors (with a full refund).

4) Orders & Payment
All orders are offers to buy. We may accept, reject, or limit quantities at our discretion. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by trusted third-party processors; we don’t store full card details.

5) Custom & Made-to-Order
Lead times are estimates. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale once production begins. Please review specifications carefully before approving.

6) Shipping, Delivery & Risk
Shipping/delivery terms appear at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.

7) Returns & Cancellations
See our Returns & Refunds Policy. Clearance, custom, and made-to-order items are final sale.

8) Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (images, text, logos, designs) is owned by or licensed to Conceptrum and may not be used without prior written consent.

9) User Content & Reviews
If you post reviews or submissions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them for marketing and operational purposes. Do not post unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.

10) Prohibited Uses
No scraping, reverse engineering, security circumvention, or use that violates laws or third-party rights.

11) Warranties & Liability
The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
