Shipping & Delivery Policy
1) Processing Times
In-stock décor & small items: usually ship within 2–3 business days.
Furniture / large items: ship when ready; we’ll contact you to coordinate delivery.
2) Methods & Regions
Standard parcel shipping across Canada (and the U.S. where available).
White-glove delivery or room-of-choice service may be available in select areas; request a quote before ordering.
3) Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. From time to time we may offer free shipping over [e.g., $150] within eligible regions (exclusions may apply for oversized items).
4) Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. For white-glove deliveries, our team or the carrier will schedule a window with you.
5) Delivery Issues
Damage/Defect: Inspect upon delivery. Report visible damage on the carrier’s receipt (take photos) and email us within 48 hours.
Lost Packages: If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, contact us within 3 days for assistance.
Incorrect Address/Refusals: Additional fees may apply for re-delivery or address corrections.
6) International Orders (if enabled)
Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the recipient’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
