Returns & Refunds Policy

Effective Date: August 10, 2025

1) Eligibility Window
In-stock décor & small items: return within 14 days of delivery in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Furniture / large items: return within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition (subject to inspection).

Final Sale: custom or made-to-order items, clearance, gift cards are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.

2) How to Start a Return
Email [email protected] with your order number, item, and photos (if damaged/defective). We’ll provide next steps and, if approved, a return authorization (RMA).

3) Fees & Shipping
Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made an error or the item arrived damaged/defective. For furniture/oversize returns, a pickup fee and [e.g., 10–20%] restocking fee may apply to cover inspection and handling.

4) Refund Method & Timing
After we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5) Exchanges
Where available, we can arrange an exchange or issue store credit once the original item is received and inspected.

6) Damages & Defects
Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
