Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in North America and Europe, for additional charges. We offer overnight delivery to certain locations. We also offer shipping to Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. 

How long does an order take to arrive? 

Depends on the items ordered. If the items are in stock it may take less than a week to be delivered. For custom-made and not-in-stock items, the delivery date may vary. You can contact us for more details. 

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our showroom. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you.

Returns

What items are eligible for return?

In-stock items are eligible for return within 72 hours after delivery date. There is a 15% restocking fee for any stock items. For special orders and custom-made orders, there is a 50% restocking fee. Items must be in their original condition, original box, and unused. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and we make sure we exchange or if it is a minor repair we will repair it for you. 

How much is the return shipping fee? 

Return shipping fees will apply to all returned items. (Not for damaged items)
We will waive half of the restocking fees if you choose to exchange rather than refund an item.

I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?

Gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt and in original condition in order to be eligible for any exchange with in 30 days of the purchase date.
